Once you’ve placed an order on the website, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgement does not imply an acceptance of the order. For orders paid via credit or debit cards, only when the order has been despatched will the purchase contract be made and will you be charged for the goods ordered. Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid if there is a balance on them.

The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Any residual balance on the gift card following the purchase of goods will remain on the gift card while the gift card is valid to apply towards future purchases.

We will dispatch pre-order item(s) the day before the official launch date. This means you should receive delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland on the day of the launch. Pre-Order Price Promise

Puma Run Promise offer is valid from the date of purchase in Life Style Sports stores or online at lifestylesports.com for a period of 30 days, effective as of the date of receipt.
Customers will be refunded the payment, subject to proof of purchase. The promise is applicable to both unworn and worn footwear.
Proof of purchase must be displayed to return goods.
Offer is limited to Puma running shoes only and is not applicable to other products for the Puma range or any other Life Style Sports products.
Receipt of payment can take up to 7 days to process customer accounts if paid by card. Cash refunds will be immediate.
Offer cannot be redeemed for exchange; credit note or another product from Life Style Sports for equivocal value.
