Do you love Greek yogurt? Then you will definitely love this summery recipe, with which you can conjure up an excellent dessert in a very, very short time.
Best of all, it’s healthier than the usual store-bought summer desserts and you can customize it perfectly to suit your tastes.
And no, you don’t need master chef cooking skills for that!
Check what you need:
You need:
- 2 cups of walnuts
- about 10 appointments
- a pinch of salt
For the filling:
- Greek non-fat yogurt
- a cup of strawberries and blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Before you start baking soak the dates in lukewarm water for 10 minutes and boned.
After that, you can start preparing for the test. Shake the dates in a blender, mix and add walnuts. It should form a mass that looks like dough and you can spread it out on a tray.
From the dough, make a circle with raised ends, into which you will pour the filling (you can also use a cake model). Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
