Creamy soup, which you can eat with or without bread, fills you up well, successfully warms you up and satiates you. You can also prepare it in advance and just reheat it during the worst famine and enjoy it without a guilty conscience.
The soup is prepared from red lentils, but we also know several other types – green, black. Lentils are an excellent food that not only fills you up, but is also extremely healthy.
Lentils contain a lot of fiber and minerals and a lot of easily digestible protein, so they are also an ideal food for vegans. However, since there are many diseases and colds in winter, lentils are also an ideal food during this period as they strengthen the immune system.
You can make the soup more or less spicy. If you add more cayenne pepper to the soup, I suggest garnishing the soup with a spoonful of yogurt before serving, which softens the heat and further enriches the soup.
In the first days of 2017, do not burden yourself with weight and weight, so give preference to healthy foods, dress well and go for walks, drink plenty of unsweetened liquids – tea with honey or water and enjoy the New Year full of new ones possibilities and opportunities.
