It is necessary for its preparation just a few ingredientsbut today it has become a popular choice for many home cooks as it is considered to be well respected one of the softer desserts under the sun. 😍
The Italian editors of Elle magazine did a search this time the best recipe and here is the secret of its preparation:
Ingredients:
330 ml mineral water (room temperature)
16 g baking powder
300 grams of flour
200 grams of sugar
90 ml sunflower oil
1 vanilla bean
Preparation:
Mix the flour with the baking powder and set aside.
In another bowl, mix sugar and water to melt the sugar. Add vanilla and oil and mix well.
Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Avoid lumps and emulsions.
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish with a diameter of 24 cm and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Decorate the baked cake with powdered sugar.
