You don’t smear a lot of the dish and spend all day preparing chocolate cake, but it will definitely impress all chocolate lovers and unannounced visitors.

For 4 servings you need:

70 grams of butter

50 grams of chocolate powder

60 grams of powdered sugar

1 egg

30 grams of flour

60ml milk

4 grams of baking powder

4 grams of baking powder

1 J vanilla extract


Spread the melted butter evenly over the entire pan. The easiest way is to melt it in the microwave. Heat in short intervals and stir several times in between.

Add the chocolate powder to the butter and mix well. Once the ingredients are combined, add the powdered sugar and egg and mix again to get an even mixture.

Add the remaining ingredients – flour, milk, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla extract and mix well one last time to combine all the ingredients.

When a smooth chocolate mass has formed, spread it evenly on the bottom of the pan. Cover and bake on the stove over low heat for 20 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if the cake is baked. If the chocolate mixture doesn’t stick to it, the cake is done.

Serve it to your guests and you’ll wish yourself praise. You can also serve a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream or raspberry puree. The possibilities are endless, you can adapt the recipe to your liking.

You can really make this easy cake whenever you want something sweet, as it takes no longer to prepare than waking up with a good morning coffee or a slightly longer shower.
